I first met Jim Ebner around August 25 2007, when I was looking to move to Egg Harbor Township. Mr. Ebner rented me a one bedroom condo that I moved into on September 1 2007 and that I still love today. At that time I had a few things on my credit report that could have stopped Jim from renting the condo to me. I have found Mr. Ebner to be very honest, caring, and a man of faith. Every time I have had an issue (i.e.: dishwasher, washer or sick breaking down) Mr. Ebner was quick at coming over and fixing the issue. I would recommend Mr. Ebner for any possible tenant looking to rent. I am also thinking about buying a home at this time in my life and when I brought this possibly up to Mr. Ebner, without thinking of himself, he gave ideas how to start the process. It was my pleasure to call Jim my landlord from 2005 through the end of 2013. From my first phone conversation with him during my initial housing search 9 years ago to the day I moved out, Jim was nothing but a pleasure to deal with.
